We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Corporate Training at IndiCorp IT Solutions Pvt Ltd in Noida. This full-time on-site position involves driving growth by identifying training opportunities, building partnerships, and helping organizations enhance their workforce through effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients for training opportunities.
- Promote and sell training programs tailored to client needs.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Business Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate training sales or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with problem-solving skills.
